Superheadz Goldenhalf: Biddeford Pool, Maine

Image
Sometimes it's helpful to get the small picture view; it draws you in, pulling you closer to make out details that you might have otherwise glanced over. That's one of the reasons I love my Superheadz Goldenhalf camera which takes half-frame 35mm photos. When you get these developed and scanned some places will scan each full 35mm frame, and other places will scan each shot. These are some examples of single scanned shots, which I think are particularly good at drawing the viewer in. Holga 120mm TLR: Biddeford Pool, Maine

This series was a happy surprise, since I didn't realize that the film was expired when I shot it. Combined with the light leaks and double exposures of Holga 120mm TLR (and a little help from Photoshop), I'm quite happy with the artsy end results.
